Alter code to match manual terminology and described functions

Some possible changes:

• Change usage of "asian carp" to "invasive carp"
• Add link to manual in help tab
• Update figures
• Grey out spawning time for steady HEC-RAS sims
• Add time step size suggestion?

etc. (depending on changes to the manual)
