Add a Button to Open a Pre-Filled Email Template

Add a button that opens a pre-filled email template for users to send support requests or questions to a group email address. This button could be placed under the 'Help' tab or a new 'Submit a Support Request' tab.

Pre-filled email template

• Recipient: @msliu is working on creating a group email address to be used as the recipient.
• Subject: 'Long Island Sound Watershed Metadata Mapper Support Request"
• Body should include:
  • A placeholder for users to enter their request or question.
  • The application version
  • The current date
