Sciencebase layers failing to load

Several of the ScienceBase layers are not loading with the public app. I think it may be specific to the layers that are loading a shape instead of just the bounding box: DisMOSH, Cost, MOSHShoreline: Distance to foraging areas for piping plovers (foraging shoreline, cost mask, and least-cost path distance): Rockaway Peninsula, NY, 2012 - ScienceBase-Catalog
