PyHAT Desktop Icon

I have created a .bat file for 2 different PyHAT users that wanted the ability to open PyHAT with a double-click from their desktop, rather than having to open it from the command line each time. Travis asked that I create this feature request so that it may be added in the near future. Please let me know if there are any questions.
