IDEs: settings & extensions

• Create a vscode-settings-extentions.md in the IDEs folder
• Add details on how to update settings, provide an example file of basic settings with things like auto save, prettier (or similar) enabled
• Add details on how to add extensions. Also provide a list of useful/suggested extensions (see extension reference here (need to have everyone install Python extension for debugging) - https://code.usgs.gov/ghsc/summer-of-software/sos-2022/-/blob/main/sessions/2-setting-up-a-development-environment/resources.md?ref_type=heads#vscode)
• Markdown preview - get and demo this
• Create a json file for the project that has specific settings - have people copy/paste this in and watch a file format change!
