Rewrite Exploring History for a GitLab browser approach

Currently too confusing and advanced topics. Not beginner friendly.

• Re-write this lesson to make it more beginner friendly to explore commit history and diffs between commits using the GitLab browser
• Move it to be after the GitLab lesson
