Simplify how we present the review templates

Present the single comprehensive review template as the main template and add the scientific one as a potential simpler alternative based on project needs.

Instead of framing as traditional software vs scientific, frame as different use cases.

“We found the scientific template lacking in information vs the traditional one and think we should use the traditional one and remove as necessary for scientific templates.”

“I'd also include the goal or 'use-case' of the software (not necessarily the scientific purpose). Is this release intended for others to 'grab' and use this scientific software in new use cases? Or is this just an 'archive' of something that worked once, to support a paper. I'd approach both of these very differently as a reviewer, in terms of the requirements I'd want to see (and maybe even have the checklist be different).”
