Add example project to "update MR" discussion

In review for authors, in the challenge to Update a Merge Request, we say to think of a project you've worked on in the that you might want to publish as a software product. For people who don't have a project in mind, add language here to prompt them to think about releasing the code you'd create for the vampires and werewolves project you've been working on so far (i.e., a modeling project, probably a one-off, maybe publishing a related paper or report).

For the third bullet, add something in parentheses to start with one of the templates already provided above.
