Note on release candidate branch for Contuing Project

For the last episode, add a callout or note about how if you have an already open project (either provisional or you've already completed one software product release), the release candidate branch is created in the upstream repository and not on your fork. The only change that should need to be made is to the disclaimer language, since all reviews would have already been conducted, edits made, and merged into main via the forking workflow.
