Bug in processing

See attached data. In PR #329 @jrekoske-usgs fixed a bug in how the units of broadband instruments were being set, which we thought might fix this issue. But I just re-ran the processing for the attached broadband station, and it is still giving incorrect (much too large) values. We are getting a result of about 0.84 g, but it should be closer to 0.034 g. bug.zip
