remove direct image embeds from Readme

Cheek, Lucas (Contractor) requested to merge lcheek/shakecast:fix_readme_markdown into master

The markdown for the README was failing due to images being included as large binary encodings directly in the markdown. This PR removes them so that the README is functional.
