Consider Data Interval as New Metadata Attribute

We currently do not have a Metadata field that documents data interval type (except for maybe Channel). While this has not been necessary in the past, it may be necessary in the future for documenting the resolution in which we are identifying artificial disturbances.

I could add this field to the Flag class but it may be worth considering it as a top-level metadata attribute for indexing.

Just a note/reminder about our Teams conversation to look into the SNCL.py (and similar) modules in the geomagio/edge folder of the project, then work to adapt these to the needs articulated in this issue (that is, we won't add a new field to the metadata schema for now, but rather use SNCL logic to map interval values to channel and location codes, similar to how the time series factories work).
