Clean up docstrings for FDSNFactory

The in-code documentation for the FDSNFactory is not consistent with current functionality (looks like left-over options from the EdgeFactory, which was a template for this). Clean this up, and double-check individual methods/functions inside the module FDSNFactory.py (and related modules).
