New time series data factories

This umbrella issue is a list of desirable new time series data factories for the geomag-algoirithms project. These should be based on the TimeseriesFactory class, and one can look to several existing time series factories for implementation examples (e.g., iaga2002, edge, imf122). The following list is roughly prioritized, and was inspired, in part, by https://imag-data.bgs.ac.uk/GIN_V1/GINForms2:

• HDF5 (technically speaking, NetCDF is built on top of HDF5, so maybe having both is somewhat redundant)

While this issue is intended to coordinate and track development of geomag-algorithms "factories" (which are NOT web services), they can and should eventually support web services to retrieve geomag data in different formats. A separate issue will be created for the web services.
