Plots query not returning data if a '0' is present.

Lightning interference at BSL caused F to return a value of 0 at 4/7/25 17:13:29. When a user tries to query a span of seconds data that includes this zero-point they receive no data.

WSFactory seems to have no problem returning the full array of data.
