Update t-sub-l Endpoint

Essentially, just renaming the output field from t-sub-l to tl.

• Add output tl which is identical to existing t-sub-l.
• Update documentation
  • Add documentation for new tl output. Should be same as existing t-sub-l documentation.
  • Mark existing t-sub-l as deprecated to be removed in a future update.
