Documentation and output updates

Several output fields have been renamed. Please update documentation and actual web service output results.

• All spectra output change "values" to "ordinates"

• Change "sadmSpectrum" to "multiPeriodDesignSpectrum"

• Change "samSpectrum" to "multiPeriodMCRrSpectrum"

• Change "sdSpectrum" to "twoPeriodDesignSpectrum"

• Change "smSpectrum" to "twoPeriodMCErSpectrum"

• Change "savSpectrum" to "verticalDesignSpectrum"

• Change "samvSpectrum" to "verticalMCErSpectrum"

• Change "rawResults" to "underlyingData"
