TrackerUrl column removed

The trackerUrl column was removed in a PR in anss-pdl because it was not used and leftover from a previous sweep of removing the tracking stuff from PDL. Event WS is still referencing that column from the table and searches are giving the following response:

Error 503: Service Unavailable

Unknown column 'ps.trackerURL' in 'field list'

AC:

• Remove references to TrackerUrl column in the DB because it no longer exists
  • We need to be careful about deploying this to on prem systems because it is still in use there
