Broken links - update Tweet Earthquake Dispatch link in left navigation menu

The Tweet Earthquake Dispatch link currently goes to: https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/ted/

and should now go directly to: https://twitter.com/usgsted

However, I think what you should really do is replace "Tweet Earthquake Dispatch" with "Earthquake Information Social Media and RSS Feeds" and link to https://www.usgs.gov/natural-hazards/earthquake-hazards/science/earthquake-information-social-media-and-rss-feeds

There's also the issue that there are two similar pages: https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/v1.0/index.php (maintained by Web Team as part of an app) and https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/ (manually maintained by me) These each have two different side-navigation menus too.

and it's difficult to keep these in sync. I already updated the one I maintain a long time ago when I had to update the old TED page, but I forgot about the other one(s) and can't update those myself.
