Static Links

In left navigation and on search page, the "View Event Page", "Search Events" (ComCat Archive Search), and "Latest Earthquakes" links all currently send you to earthquake.

These links should honor the current host and can be site-relative. The dev project should also have proxies added such that these links work for local development as well.
