Show all events on mobile until map is shown

When the application is loaded on mobile the map is not visible. However, we are currently filtering based on the map extents. We should show ALL events on the list until the map is shown. Only then do we filter the events in the list based on the current map extents.

We might be able to accomplish this by not setting default extents until the map is shown?
