MMI Bubbles link to old event page format

On the event details component, the bubbles that you see for dyfi, shakemap, and pager are linking to the wrong place.

old link /earthquakes/eventpage/us60006rp9#dyfi

new link (correct) /earthquakes/eventpage/us60006rp9/dyfi/

This will be easier to test if you merge PR !140 (merged) first
