Map Settings and List Settings

Recently we moved some of the settings related to the list from the settings panel into the list panel, so that the settings are closer to the elements that they control. We moved:

• filter list to map extents
• list sort order
• list format

We also moved the settings for the map panel into leaflet map controls, so now you can control the following from the map:

• basemap
• overlays

I am currently happy with the map settings in the leaflet controls. This makes sense and looks good.

However, I am unhappy with how the list settings are organized on the list panel. I think that there is too much going on here and it could be cleaner. I am not sure how to achieve this, but I wanted to create a ticket for discussion.
