Update documentation for Installing application

We currently have links to different browser steps for desktop notifications across different browsers. Let's see if we can find more documentation for different browsers on how to install the application through the browser.

We can remove the NOTE that says that you can only install the application on desktop in Chrome. This is not true. It is also possible on Microsoft Edge.
