Update Dependencies

  • Update to engine to node 16
    • Update pipeline/dockerfile to build in node 16
  • Update dependencies in package.json
  • Update angular version
  • Resolve npm audit issues
    • Try to expand audit scope beyond --prod for pipeline
  • Review existing dependencies and dev dependencies
    • Ensure they are all still getting used
    • Remove any that are not used
