Event Marker Click Bug (Browser: Safari)

As of now this has only been reported in safari.

It looks like the usgs-details-info-box component is not being populated with the mat-card element when the event marker is selected via the map. If you event is selected in the list it appears to work.

Thought
It looks like this is a double-click/touch issue in safari. It is registering a click and a touch and essentially double clicking the event marker to open and then hide the 'usgs-details-info-box'.
