Implement detail info pop box

A component is required to display the detailed information about a selected earthquake. This component should display the earthquake standard information such as location, place name, time, depth, etc. This component should also display information based on the List Format setting. Show Magnitude, DYFI, ShakeMap or PAGER details as appropriate.

This component should appear overlayed at the bottom left corner of the site. Closing the popup deselects any currently selected feature.
