Error message in data load script

When data load jobs run, the following error is printed to the screen:

[01-Feb-2021 23:44:31 UTC] PHP Notice:  Undefined index: MOUNT_PATH in /builds/ghsc/hazdev/hazdev-geoserve-ws/src/conf/config.inc.php on line 43

This does not appear to affect the data load process, but the error should be addressed.
