Footer Component

Add new footer component, must have:

• DOI links
• Social media links
  • Add ability to show or remove social media links, default show
• Add footer component to hazdev-template component
• Add unit and e2e tests for footer

Follow all guide lines on creating this footer: color, font, size, etc.
