Contributor Logos in Subheader

Please discuss the mocks and options in the thread below. I have posted some of my own questions to get us started.

Implementation Details

- Update earthquake-website - get updated logos, - height: 18px - logo with transparent background - readable on white background - Update contributor feed, add logo image URIs - https://earthquake.usgs.gov/data/comcat/contributor/index.json.php - Update hazdev-ng-template - allow for multiple contributors (currently only show 1, preferred) - add new "chips" (similar to the angular material component) - deploy new version of template - Update earthquake-eventpages - Update to use new template - version update - Update to pass array of contributors - Create pipe to get all contributors (networks) for an event
