Indexer queuing products

The indexer is queuing products in staging comcat and seems to be stuck. Expired notifications also claim to be removed, but appear to not be removed. These may be related.

• Try to create a test to reproduce deadlock, by not actually removing notifications so the loop spins

• Ideas for fix:

  • pause between loops
  • check errors for batch delete
