Investigate Signature Verification Performance Impacts

  • Determine average runtime added to verify signatures created with RSA 4096 keys
    • Ensure use of V2 algorithm

We intend to add signature verification for all receivers in the PDL network. We hope to ensure doing so does not significantly impact distribution performance metrics.
