Improve Release CI

On the User Guide pages, there are two links at the bottom that are currently broken:

  • ProductClient.zip
  • ProductClient.jar

In the package registry we don't organize the built ProductClient.jar very well. Currently it is grouped into "java17" and then a bunch of available downloads based on date.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Fix broken links in user guide
  • Organize ProductClient.jar file downloads in package registry in some meaningful way - e.g., By version number, build number, etc. - e.g., By branch/tag name? - something else?
