Automatically include products in indexer that affect association.

  • It is important for indexers to agree on association results, which can be affected by these products:

    • associate
    • disassociate
    • origin
    • trump-origin
    • trump

  • Possibly create a new indexer action for preferredness changes.

  • Possibly filter listener notifications if not in includeTypes list.
