Removed use of GEONAD83 projection - could have sworn projecting from UTM NAD...

Removed use of GEONAD83 projection - could have sworn projecting from UTM NAD 83 to WGS84 earlier gave me NaNs, but it isn't now. Output values of transform haven't changed, but the code is simpler.
