Use a single notebook with Lamplugh event for example

This notebook would replace / be in addition to the two notebooks currently in notebooks/. It would contain both 'full' and 'triangle' method inversion examples for the 2016 Lamplugh avalanche. This is the notebook that the SRL ES paper will use figures from.
