Consider whether confinement angle "factor" should include a "meter" option

This might end up being confusing. I suppose it would indicate that factor is (dem units / meter), as opposed to the default (dem units / crs units)

Actually this would probably be good, because most users will probably be aware of the DEM units, while unaware of the underlying CRS.
