Prototype static curve web application

Build a web application that plots the 2018 hazard curves. This application will support fetching of static hazard curves and perform interpolation at different return periods that are of interest to AASHTO, AREMA, and USACE.

Filter and plot modification controls:

Site class

Return period field

• show line on plot like UHT
• default RP is 2475
• line moves in response to RP field change
• constrain RP field to number range [50, 10000]

Buttons for predefined return periods (RP - AltName):

• 100 - 40% in 50 yr
• 200 - 40% in 100 yr
• 225 - 20% in 50 yr
• 475 - 10% in 50 yr
• 975 - 5% in 50 yr
• 1033 - 7% in 75 yr
• 2475 - 2% in 50 yr
• 10000 - 1% in 100 yr

2 Table views

One that has all the raw data from the response in table like the current model explorer and other apps.

A second that is:

...

Like existing tools, plot all spectral periods. Changing site class will change curve set and table data.
