Site Picker

Create new site picker component, similar to UHT.

Each application would have a Choose Location from Map Select Site button that will launch a dialog box map with boundaries defined by the model.

Map should:

• Show site classes associated with model, add toggle to show and hide
• Allow user to pick a site class or drop a pin
• Add text field under map that shows the chosen lon/lat
