Recenter site picker map when zoomed and address entered

When the site picker loads and is zoomed out, searching for an address works fine and a black pin shows up on the map. If a user has zoomed in though, searching for an address drops a pin but it is out of view. Ideally keep the current zoom level but recenter the map to the dropped pin
