GMM apps data table out of order

For the example URL below, the plot is ok, but the rendering of the IMLs in the medians and sigmas tabs is out of order. Pgas is being inserted in the list at a higher level than as the second entry in each table row. In the example, however, the first value for USGS PRVI Backbone (2025) : Active Crust is in fact the PGA value and so all subsequent SA values are offset by one.
