In order to replace the existing EQ probability mapping tool and provide the the ability to conduct source MFD mining, a nshmp-haz application is required that can return participation MFDs for:

• a point
• a point and radius
• an arbitrary polygon
• a source ID

The MFDs should be fully decomposed by source type and logic tree branch.
