Add ability to deaggregate by source type

Deaggregation results currently include the total result and results per GMM (scaled by weight). @nluco-usgs requested the ability to deaggregate by source type as well. This should probably include a modification to the format of the component element format of the JSON result that identifies the component type, for example:

"component": "GMM: Chiou & Youngs (2008)"
...
"component": "Source: Interface"

Also need to consider local result output directories by source. This should not require any modification to services.
