Update documentation for cluster sources
Documentation for cluster sources (https://code.usgs.gov/ghsc/nshmp/nshmp-haz/-/blob/main/docs/pages/Source-Types.md#fault-cluster-sources) documents USGS branch of NMFS cluster sources. SSCn branch uses an additional property sections, this needs an explanation and perhaps an example.
