Further segregate results for command line apps

Currently one may output hazard curves by GMM and SourceType. When this happens GMMs and SourceTypes common to multiple tectonic settings get merged together. Related: This issue came up initially with Hawaii where shallow and deep A10 GMM was being merged, however in this case the tectonic setting is the same, but we lose the ability to distinguish between shallow and deep seismicity.
