Fix Kuehn NGA-Sub IDs for Seattle M9

Currently _M9 is used to indicate 2x scaling if certain period and depth conditions are met within the Seattle basin polygon. The model ID KBCG_20_CASCADIA_INTERFACE_SEATTLE_M9 is confusing because the Kuehn Seattle basin model is already included with KBCG_20_CASCADIA_INTERFACE_BASIN.

  • Verify that this is the case.
  • Remove SEATTLE from ID.
  • Update nshm-conus subduction gmm-trees
