Validate AG20 slab implementation

During review of the CONUS NSHM-2023 GMM paper, Norm's review indicates that the AG20 median ground motions for slab are incorrect in various figures. Most of the discrepancy can be fixed by revising the web-service calls used to retrieve data for these figures. However, there is still a ~4% discrepancy seen in some results.
