Report cluster source MFDs for each magnitude branch
Currently cluster MFDs as reported from Models.tree(model, id) are reported on a per section basis with the cluster rate and magnitude branch weight switched. There were reasons for doing this in nshmp-haz v1 that are no longer relevant. In the nshmp-apps MFD plotter, cluster sources plot incorrectly as a result of the weight-rate switch.
