Update interface grid GMM tree
The interface (subduction/slab/interface) gmm-tree doesn't use the *_BIAS_CORR_NEW versions of the NGA-sub GMMs.
All occurrences of *_BIAS_CORR_* will be updated to *_ADJUSTED. See ghsc/nshmp/nshmp-lib#242
