• Spatial PDFs; multiple declustering, multiple smoothing

• Possible MFD logic tree
• Revisit question of mMin; with moment magnitude conversions in 2014 we lowered mMin to 4.7 which effectively increased the overall rate of earthquakes in the model.

!60 (merged) adds new spatial PDFs. The extent of the new PDFs suggests that smoothing was restricted to the CONUS map calculation region (red lines in maps below). The top two maps show the fixed and adaptive PDFs for 2018, the bottom three rows show the new PDFs.

These maps are out of date - see !95 (merged)

!60 (merged) does not update the total rates (10^a) in the rate-tree.json files, these will need to be updated with new total rates.

!61 (merged) updates the total rates (10^a) in rate-tree.json and b-values in mfd-map.json (and mfd-tree references in rupture-sets.json). The values used in !61 (merged) are "derived directly during the gridding/counting process ... over the entire completeness duration".

Most of this has been done. Still need to revisit mMin issue. Once spatial PDFs are updated to CEUS 'collection' region this issue can be closed.
